Our prices are set at £5 per video,
irreleveant of length. We don't charge per hour, nor do we charge if your tape is blank/has no family footage. The costing we charge extra for is the medium you want it to (DVD/USB/email)

How do you transfer them?
We record thgem as they are playing direcgtly to a recording PC - we record the full lengh of the tape to ensure all footage is captured.
How long does it take?
As we as offer editing of the video in the price, turned can be within 24 hours - we cpomb through the footage to ensure there are no gaps or bad parts within the video.
Are my videos safe?
Yes - I am the only person who has access to the recording. Upon complettion it is backed up onto another secure system (password protecxted).
Do we get the videos back?
Yes - we never dispose of videos unless we are requested to do so. We also offer a return postage service, whihc is sent via Royal Mail Tracked/
