We don’t charge by the hour, and there’s no fee if your tape turns out to be blank or contains no usable footage.
Additional costs only apply based on how you’d like to receive your transferred video:

How do you transfer them?
We record your tapes in real time as they play, directly onto a dedicated recording system. This allows us to capture the full length of each tape, ensuring that no footage is missed.
How long does it take?
As video editing is included in our service, turnaround can be as fast as 24 hours. We carefully review all footage to remove any gaps or unwanted sections, ensuring the final video is clean and enjoyable to watch.
Are my videos safe?
All recordings are handled personally, with no third-party access at any stage. Once completed, your footage is securely backed up to a separate, password-protected system to ensure its safety
Do we get the videos back?
We never dispose of any videos unless specifically requested by you. We also offer a return postage service, with all items sent securely via Royal Mail Tracked.
